Out of Hours & Extended Access

When the practice is closed Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

Emergencies

In a genuine emergency you should call 999 and ask for an ambulance. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.

Extended hours clinics are available on certain evenings. These are only for patients who cannot attend during normal booking hours. The dispensary will be closed at this time. Please contact reception for further information regarding the extended hours clinics.

Improved access appointments are only available to patients who are registered with one of the 21 surgeries within West Norfolk. Appointments are made via the surgery and are available to patients who are unable to access appointments during normal surgery hours or when surgery appointments are fully booked.
